How to earn in Planet IX?

You need a Land NFT called PIX for staking to earn in Planet IX. You will get Waste by staking PIX, which is then sold as an $IXT token which you can stake to get more $IXT.

What token can be obtained in Planet IX?

$IXT, the game’s utility token, allows Planet IX users to develop the ecosystem further.  

How to obtain a token in the game? What do you need?

There are many ways to get $IXT tokens when you play Planet IX. You can get $IXT tokens by selling your in-game assets, by staking in-game assets such as energy, or with a raffle ticket. Having landmarks NFT will give you an $IXT commission from PIX and territory trades. Having meta shares will give you $IXT tokens as shares. If you don’t want to play the game, staking $IXT tokens also reward you $IXT tokens.

If I need NFTs or other assets to obtain the token, how do I get them, buy/borrow?

All your NFTs or other assets can be bought through the game’s marketplace or OpenSea. If you want to buy through the marketplace, you need $IXT to pay with and $MATIC if using Opensea.

How to convert these tokens?

You can swap $IXT token through Planet IX’s website or on SushiSwap or QuickSwap using $MATIC.  

Is there any reason to hold on to the token rather than sell them?

You can stake $IXT for $IXT and $MATIC rewards. Stake your  $IXT with a raffle ticket for more $IXT rewards.
