Hey, there, Avonauts. Star Atlas has just released version 2.1 of its Showroom. Here's the lowdown on some of the latest updates for Star Atlas' Showroom 2.1.
The integration of Star Atlas' Showroom 2.1 with the Galactic Marketplace enables you to purchase ships straight from the game's app.
You can choose from 49 battle-ready flyable ships with full weapons equipment though only a selected few can be used for racing.
The Volant Station Racing Track allows you to race your ships and test their features such as "weight, performance, speed, and design."
If the Racing Track fails to satisfy your need for speed, you can put on your jetpacks to fly around the Volant Station while you take pictures to be submitted for the Star Atlas photography competition.
When it's time to get serious with combat simulation, you'll need to learn about the Gameplay Ability System (GAS) that introduces a new dimension to Star Atlas' intergalactic battles with new abilities, traits, and attributes for the game's characters and vessels.
How to start playing Star Atlas' Showroom 2.1?
Step 1, download the Star Atlas Showroom app at https://play.staratlas.com/ (currently only available for Windows).
Step 2, stake at least one Ship NFT in the SCORE Program for at least one week, or stake enough $ATLAS tokens for spawning a ship in the Escape Velocity mini-game.
Step 3, redeem your code to obtain the game key at https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/redeem
