Kryptomon Game Guide

Kryptomon is a turn-based strategy battler that requires a tactical mindset and the ability to think on your feet in order to outplay your opponents.

Understanding the Basic Game Mechanics

By hatching eggs, buying or renting Kryptomon NFTs you can play the game. Play, earn KMON, and enhance the gameplay by upgrading items, expanding the team through trading or breeding. By the way, you can get more KMON by completing quests. Story Mode also gives you KMON as a reward. To ensure Kryptomons are strong for battles, you must feed and care for them, taking into account their favorite and disliked foods. Each Kryptomon has 2 favorite and 2 disliked foods, with a simple mechanic to determine preferences based on hotbar values compared to the base value of food items.

Before heading into battle, it's important to understand elemental efficiency. Elements have advantages over others, giving a 50% damage boost during elemental attacks. There are 4 types of spells, physical attack, defensive, elemental, and ultimate, and only elemental spells provide damage boost based on element efficiency. Additionally, maintaining your Kryptomons health at 80 or above ensures you enter the battle with full health.

As a trainer, you get to choose up to 3 Kryptomons for a battle, although it's a 1v1 scenario. Your decision on which Kryptomon enters first is vital and is determined by the Speed parameter of both Kryptomons on the field. The one with higher Speed gets the first strike in the battle.

Building a Strong Kryptomon

Here is a guide to building a strong team, make sure to train your Kryptomons to make it stronger, it allows your Kryptomons to reach its full potential. There are 2 ways to train your Kryptomons, training ticket and star ticket. Trainers can acquire regular training tickets that train a Kryptomon in a set period of time determined by the Kryptomon Smartness, and by winning battles daily in the practice arena you will earn 3 star tickets.

Identifying Win Conditions

Knock out all of the opponent Kryptomons, and the trainer with the last Kryptomon standing is the winner.
