In my opinion this is my tierlist. For tier S, i put the wind guy Goenitz because its have super powerfull, and annoying skill, Orochi also similar to Goenitz. And Kula have range skill, that make opponents cannot move if you do a right combo. For tier D in my opinion because its not good to do combo with these characters.
