How to earn in Bit Hotel?
There are many ways to earn in the Web3 social game Bit Hotel, and we can tackle them all in this thread. First, we discuss the two currencies within the game. The first one is called Bit Hotel Tickets. These tickets serve as the in-game- currency and are off-chain. They are similar to Web2 in-game currencies, which you can buy with fiat using cards and e-wallets.
Bit Hotel Tickets are in-game rewards in the game’s ecosystem. Holders can use them to purchase in-game and on-chain NFT assets. These tickets are also used as an entrance fee for ticket-based minigames such as CryptoBomber, Bitplinko, etc. These tickets are earned through mini-games, leaderboard rewards, daily tasks, and player-to-player trades.

The second currency is called the Bit Hotel Token ($BTH), the game’s premium currency and is tradeable on-chain. This token is a blockchain-based BEP-20 currency exclusive to the Bit Hotel Ecosystem. Bit Hotel token ($BTH) holders are able to use the token to buy in-game items, trade NFTs, stake their tokens, join tournaments and mini-games, and participate in governance proposals.
Bit Hotel Tokens can be acquired in a few ways, such as top placement leaderboard rewards, staking rewards, and token-based mini-game rewards (take note that the entry fee for this kind of mini-game is also $BTH). You can use your Bit Hotel token in-game or withdraw them into your Web3 wallet and convert it to fiat via a centralized exchange. You can also stake your Bit Hotel tokens to earn more of these tokens.

The earning potential of the game revolves around its “mini-games.” A Free-to-Play user can also earn in the game by their skills on mini-games and having a great spot on the leaderboards. The Bit Hotel leaderboard is divided into five tiers dependent on the player's skill level, Top 5% Diamond, Top 15% Gold, Top 40% Silver, Top 75% Bronze, and Top 100% Metal. At the start of the Season, all players start at the bottom and progress to higher tiers by earning tickets. Rising to Bronze requires more tickets than the average of the bottom 25% of players.
The leaderboard resets every season, giving new players a chance to succeed. Rewards in each tier are cumulative, with the top 5% of players receiving rewards from all lower tiers plus additional bonuses. On the other hand, NFT asset owners have a much greater potential to earn as their assets have utilities such as boosts in staking, token earning each game, and other in-game utilities.
